State law requires that land use within <br /> ETOCXTON, airport areas of influence must conform to the Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> TRACY. <br /> AND The time extension request for a Site Approval application for the three(3)phase expansion of <br /> THE COUNTY OF <br /> SAN JOAQUIN the Delta Stockton Humane Society(APN/Address: 179-200-28; 4590 S. State route 99 Frontage <br /> Road, Stockton)falls within the Horizontal Zone of the Stockton Metro Airport's Area of Influence. <br /> Few restrictions are necessary for projects that fall within this zone. However, all proposed <br /> development must adhere to the standards outlined in the 1993 amended Airport Land Use Plan. The <br /> standards pertinent to this zone includes, but are not limited,to the following: <br /> ➢ The use of non-reflective materials,transmissions, and visual distractions to pilots; <br /> ➢ Residential uses are permitted if insulated to reduce interior noise to a level no higher than 45 dB; <br /> ➢ An avigation easement is recorded in favor of the Airport Operator; and, <br /> ➢ Proposed schools that are to be located within a 2-mile radius of an airport must undergo a review <br /> by Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and the State Department of Education. <br /> In addition,the property owner should be aware of the potential need to file FAA Form 7460- <br /> 1 entitled Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration. This form can be accessed from <br /> www.faa.jzov/aip/ace/faaforms.htm and sent to FAA, P.O.
