Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating employees, students, and parishioners, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing public water at this facility is currently serving water over the Maximum <br /> Contaminant Level (MCL) for Dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Prior to issuance of <br /> building permits, the operator shall take appropriate steps to remedy the Notice of Violation <br /> for serving water above the MCL for DBCP in accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 (a)(i), and the California Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116555).
