There are no streams or drainage courses on the subject parcel <br /> and any additional storm water runoff generated as a result of <br /> new construction on the site shall be retained on-site. <br /> Drainage details for any new structures on the property must <br /> be approved by the Development Services Division prior to the <br /> issuance of building permits and the initiation of the use. <br /> 1.d. Any additional storm water runoff that will be generated by <br /> new construction on the site will be retained within a new <br /> storm retention pond. There will be no discharges to any <br /> streams, rivers, or drainage courses. <br /> 3 .a. & b. According to the Natural Diversity Data Base, there are <br /> no threatened or endangered species of plants or animals on <br /> this commercially-developed site. Nor is it known to contain <br /> habitat that will support such species. <br /> 5. a. while the project site is located within the 65 db Ldn noise <br /> contour for State Route 99, the proposed use on the site (a <br /> church) is not covered by the noise limitations contained in <br /> Section 9-3800 of the Planning Title for the General Plan <br /> 1995 . The application is being processed under the <br /> requirements of the General Plan 1995. <br /> 9 .a. The proposed will generate no more traffic than the <br /> previously-approved use on the site, a special-education <br /> school.
