The 100-Year Flood Depth will be <br /> approximately 1 foot above the natural ground. <br /> Hacienda Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road (east) has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 44 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FORWARDED FOR YOUR <br /> CONSIDERATION, CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF THIS APPLICATION. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Hacienda Lane shall be surfaced with either 211 asphalt concrete <br /> (minimum) or liquid asphalt across north frontage. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2123) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 996. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Service Commercial" <br /> in the Stockton area. If there is no building permit required, <br /> the fee will be exempt.
