Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. A <br /> letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or <br /> are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> B. Written Confirmation is required from the City of Stockton Public Works Department that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any <br /> improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from <br /> the City of Stockton Public Works Department that the agency has or will have the sewer <br /> capacity to serve the development is also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1100.3). <br />
