This application is being submitted to evaluate <br /> conformance with the approved Stockton Metro Airport East Proposed Campus Development <br /> Special Purpose Plan, dated January 2000. The submittal includes 10 copies of the application <br /> form and 10 copies of the Lotting and Utility Plan. The Hazardous Material Disclosure Survey <br /> is not included in the application and the application fee of$355 will be delivered to your office <br /> next week per our previous discussions. <br /> Although Airpark 599 is owned by the County and exempt from filing a Tentative Map, the <br /> Lotting and Utility Plan was prepared consistent with the San Joaquin County requirements for <br /> Tentative Maps so that the project can be documented consistent with other developments. We <br /> understand that you will schedule a Design Review Committee hearing approximately three <br /> weeks after the application has been deemed complete and any comments received during that <br /> hearing will be incorporated in future design applications to the County. No further review or <br /> approval of the Lotting and Utility Plan is expected. <br /> Please let me know if this is not consistent with our discussions.
