Although the subject parcel lies outside the adopted boundary of the South Stockton <br /> Community Facilities District 90-1 (Sewer District), the airport area is subject to the CFD 90-1 <br /> Airport"In-Lieu" Fee program adopted bythe City Council on July 1, 1996, Resolution No. 96- <br /> 0333. The current"In-Lieu"fee of approximately$8,315/acre is based upon the legal parcel <br /> size or documented ground lease area, a copy of which must be provided prior to fee <br /> determination. The "In-Lieu" fee is subject to adjustment at the time of application for sewer <br /> connection, and is due and payable prior to permit issuance, along with the other standard <br /> connection fees. All appropriate connection fees and charges must be paid to the City of <br /> Stockton, and the necessary permit(s)obtained from the City of Stockton before connection <br /> to the sanitary sewer or water system will be allowed. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
