Community Development Development Services Division 1810 East Hazelton Avenue Stockton, CA 95205 iMPROVEMEN T PLAN FOR AN ADDITION ION OF A 21,000 SQUARE FOOT CHERRY PACKING SHED TO AN EXISTING PACKING FACILITY (FARMINGTON FRESH), LOCATED AT THE STOCKTON AIRPORT 7735 S STATE ROUTE 99 WEST FRONTAGE ROAD (APN 177-260-14) PA-0500577 (IP) The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the following comment: 1 . Although the subject parcel lies outside the adopted boundary of the South Stockton Community Facilities District 90-1 (Sewer District), the airport area is subject to the CFD 90-1 Airport"In-Lieu" Fee program adopted bythe City Council on July 1, 1996, Resolution No. 96- 0333. The current"In-Lieu"fee of approximately$8,315/acre is based upon the legal parcel size or documented ground lease area, a copy of which must be provided prior to fee determination. The "In-Lieu" fee is subject to adjustment at the time of application for sewer connection, and is due and payable prior to permit issuance, along with the other standard connection fees. All appropriate connection fees and charges must be paid to the City of Stockton, and the necessary permit(s)obtained from the City of Stockton before connection to the sanitary sewer or water system will be allowed.
