Our project will have large detention <br /> ponds on the ends, which will also function as a passive water feature as listed under East Park guidelines. <br /> Service,loading and storage areas: Our truck docks are tucked in along the sides of the building,which allows us to create a <br /> truck traffic loop for ease of circulation while also separating the truck path from pedestrian circulation.
