It is the intent of DEVELOPER to develop the Project <br /> Site as an airport-related industrial center, including, but not <br /> limited to, a jet-engine repair facility ( "the Aero-Turbine <br /> Project" ) covering 13 . 1 acres of the Project Site as outlined on <br /> Exhibit "A" . DEVELOPER has not yet established its specific plan <br /> for additional uses on the remaining 60+ acres of the Project <br /> Site but intends to develop airport-related or airport compatible <br /> uses . <br /> E. The Project Site is currently designated in the San <br /> Joaquin County General Plan as General Industrial and is zoned <br /> M-2 . These land use designations were adopted by the Board of <br /> Supervisors on April 7, 1988, pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> R-88-321 and Ordinance No. 3392, at the specific request of <br /> DEVELOPER. The proposed Aero-Turbine Project is conditionally <br /> permitted subject to a site approval permit within the M-2 zone. <br /> It is located adjacent to the Stockton Metropolitan Airport and <br /> is subject to the Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> F. On April 7 , 1988, at a duly noticed public hearing, the <br /> Board of Supervisors approved DEVELOPER' S Petition for Tentative <br /> Cancellation of Williamson Act Contract No. 77-C1-197 by adopting <br /> Resolution No. 88-323 , a copy of which is attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "B" . A Certificate of Tentative Cancellation was <br /> recorded on May 4, 1988, (Document No. 88037914) . <br /> G .
