Li <br /> shall pay all associated landing fees. <br /> E. Life of Subdivision Maps . Pursuant to Government Code <br /> Section 66452 . 6 (a) , the term of any Parcel Map or any other ten- <br /> tative map filed subsequent to the Effective Date of this <br /> Agreement shall automatically be extended for the term of this <br /> Agreement . <br /> Section 3 . Obligations and Contributions by Developer . <br /> In consideration of the COUNTY entering into this Agreement, <br /> DEVELOPER agrees not to protest the assessment of Road <br /> Improvement Fees allocated to the Project for the Arch-Airport <br /> Specific Road Plan which is presently being prepared by the City <br /> of Stockton. DEVELOPER is not precluded from participating in <br /> and providing input at any public hearing held to consider the <br /> manner in which the fees are identified and allocated. DEVELOPER <br /> further agrees that it will comply with all necessary modifica- <br /> tions to the Improvement Plan to accommodate this Specific Road <br /> Plan, including any necessary roadway dedication. The parties <br /> acknowledge that this Agreement by COUNTY is a material con- <br /> sideration for DEVELOPER' S cooperation and participation, as spe- <br /> cifically set forth herein.
