Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit(s). A review fee of$186.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. A concrete structure was observed on this site. Further investigation as to whether an <br /> abandoned well or historical irrigation pipeline will need to be provided to the Environmental <br /> Health Department prior to issuance of building permits. If a well is found, it shall be <br /> destroyed by a C-57 licensed contractor under permit and inspection with the Environmental <br /> Health Department prior to issuance of building permits(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> C.
