FRONTAGE <br /> ROAD) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Use Permit application to construct a 3,000 <br /> square foot fire station for the Morada Fire Department. <br /> The project site is located on the northeast corner of Morada Lane and State Route 99 E. <br /> Frontage Road, Stockton. <br /> Trees <br /> There are numerous oak trees located on the project site. The Conditions of Approval contain <br /> provisions to ensure that development is consistent with the County's Tree Ordinance. It <br /> appears that the proposed project will not impact any existing trees. <br /> Landscaping <br /> A ten-foot wide landscape strip is required along the ultimate right of way of State Route 99 <br /> Frontage Road. The landscape strip shall be placed in front of the length of the area developed <br /> for the fire station. <br /> City of Stockton <br /> The Community Development Department has received comments from the City of Stockton <br /> regarding the revised location of the proposed fire station. The comments do not raise any <br /> concerns regarding the revised location. <br /> 1 <br />
