A soil suitability study,as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Tille, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit(s). A review fee of$186.00 is required at <br /> tittle of submittal to the F.nvironmcntal Health Department. <br /> Fhe sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San .loaquin <br /> County prior to approval- A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P A.
