PA-0300318 OF WATERLOO MORADA <br /> RURAL COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT (APN: 085-150- <br /> 09)(ADDRESS: 9360 N. STATE ROUTE 99 E. FRONTAGE ROAD) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Use Permit application to construct a 3,000 <br /> square foot fire station for the Morada Fire Department. <br /> The project site is located on the northeast corner of Morada Lane and State Route 99 E. <br /> Frontage Road, Stockton. <br /> Trees <br /> There are numerous oak trees located on the project site. The Conditions of Approval contain <br /> provisions to ensure that development is consistent with the County's Tree Ordinance. <br /> I nndscaapina <br /> A ten-foot wide landscape strip is required along the State Route 99 Frontage Road. The <br /> landscape strip shall be placed in front of the length of the area developed for the fire station. <br /> The application is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on August 21, <br /> 2003.
