Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1 . An additional septic tank and leach field capacity sahll be constructed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. At a minimum <br /> additional capacity shall consist of two thousand (2,000) gallons of septic tank <br /> capacity and the equivalent of four hundred fifty (450) lineal feet of leach line. <br /> 2. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review prior to construction. The Environmental Health Division <br /> has specific requirements of kennel construction. A plan check fee of 156.00 at <br /> the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 3. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> 4. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting the <br /> requirements of the environmental Health Division shall be available for washing <br /> food preparation equipment, bathing of animals, as well as washing down shelters <br /> and pens or dog runs. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Semcis <br />
