rr <br /> BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO.4491 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN <br /> ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH STATE <br /> ROUTE 99 WEST FRONTAGE ROAD, 25 FEET NORTH OF APPIAN WAY, STOCKTON AS <br /> SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXFIIBTT"A" <br /> The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin ordains as follows: <br /> SECTION 1.The Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin,as amended, is hereby further <br /> amended by reclassifying property from AU-20 (Agricultural Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum)to R-L <br /> (Low Density Residential)as shown on Exhibit"A",attached hereto and made part of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. The Community Development Director shall revise the Zoning Map of the County <br /> of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3.
