Analysis <br /> On January 20. 1994, the Planning Commission approved the applicant's request for a Minor Subdivision <br /> to create a 10-acre homesite parcel and a designated remainder of 43.3 acres. The Minor Subdivision <br /> application was referred to the Planning Commission because the applicant had already created a lo- <br /> am owner-operator homesite parcel and a 53.3-acre remainder (the subject parcel of the present <br /> application). Because the applicant had already created OM 10-acre homesite at this location, the <br /> Community Development Department recommended that the Planning Commission deny MS-93-106. <br /> The Planning Commission determined that all of the required findings could be made in the affirmative <br /> and approved the Project with a vote of 6-0. <br /> During the ensuing years, Armando Baldocchl, one of the property owners, has been extremely ill and <br /> unable to proceed with the completion of the projed. Therefore, the Property owners are requesting this <br /> three-year Time Extension.
