MS-93-106 OF ARMANDO BALDOCCHI (C/O <br /> JOSE ALVA) (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 5) <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Deny Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-93-106 based upon the inability to make Findings <br /> No. 1 and 2. <br /> FINDINGS: <br /> 1. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Pian, any applicable Specific Plan and <br /> Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> • This Finding cannot be made because the application Is Inconsistent with Agricultural <br /> Objective No. 1: <br /> *To protect agricultural lands needed for the continuation of commercial <br /> agricultural enterprises, small-scale farming operations, and the preservation <br /> of open space' <br /> Having already created another homestte parcel on the subject parcel with Minor <br /> Subdivision Application No. MS-92-58, the property owner will further fragment the <br /> agricultural resource by reducing the site's usable agricultural land by another ten <br /> acres-tthe-pcevious•homesite-parcel was ten acres in size), with the potential to <br /> construct another residence on the property. <br /> 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan anti <br /> any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br />
