The property is located at the southeast <br /> corner of Bethany and Naglee Roads, north of Tracy in San Joaquin <br /> County, California . A plot plan showing the approximate location <br /> of the property is presented on Plate I of this report. <br /> A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that an <br /> approximate 10-acre parcel will be split off of the approximate 63- <br /> acre property. A residence is located on the proposed 10-acre <br /> parcel , and it is not known to our firm if the residence will <br /> remain. We have assumed that any construction will be limited to <br /> one single-family residence with one septic system on each of the <br /> two parcels. We understand that the site is within the 100-year <br /> flood plain, and any construction will require fill pads or <br /> elevated structures to raise the structures out of the 100-year <br /> flood plain. Additional details of the project are not known to <br /> our firm at this time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section 9- <br /> 10100 , Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our proposal <br /> dated February 3 , 1992 . Our services were initiated based on your <br /> written authorization of February 18 , 1992 . The items listed <br /> under Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along with <br /> our responses. <br /> ITEMS C-1 AND C-4 • <br /> "The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed <br /> development on septic tanks within and around the area; " (C-1) . <br /> "The history of past uses in the project area to assess potential <br /> problems ; " (C-4) : <br /> Reference is made to Plate I of this report which shows the <br /> location of the Baldocchi property.
