Naglee Road,Tracy) <br /> ACTION: On July 22, 1999, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved SA- <br /> 99-48 subjectto the enclosed Conditionsof Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested parry. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on August 1, 1999.
