Vargas APN: 212-030-22 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 11 feet NGVD. <br /> Naglee Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
