An 8-foot solid screen wall is <br /> proposed along the property's south border at Auto Plaza Drive. Onsite well, septic, and retention pond are proposed. This <br /> parcel is not under Willamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AL-10 (Limited Agriculture, 10-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/UR <br /> (Agricultural-Urban Reserve). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the southeast corner of S.
