Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. p/G ✓A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated August, 2004 was deemed incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the /%oloso Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. ✓B. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. Pe = CES' The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. LEI The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane /�L 40�'J41* (DBCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and U` analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- / 1115.7). $."
