1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel located at 22350 E. Navarro <br /> Court, Linden, California. The project is in a farming community and is surrounded by <br /> agricultural land. It is zoned R-R. The project parcel number is APN 093-030-59. There are no <br /> homes or other structures on the existing parcel. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to divide this 14t <br /> acre site into 4 two acre parcels and one 'Designated Reminder". <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Paramjit Gill and her husband Daljit,have owned the property for <br /> approximately 5 years. Prior to this, it was owned by Aurelio Navarro for 5 years. The past and <br /> present use of the property has been bare fields. Future use of the four parcels being created will <br /> be for homesite purposes. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> four homesite parcels and one "designated remainder" from an existing single parcel. Once the <br /> parcels are developed for homes, septic systems will be required and built based per the San <br /> Joaquin County requirements. There have been no septic systems on these parcels. Permits <br /> were researched and illustrate this fact. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this <br /> parcel. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: No septic permits have been issued, no history <br /> of septic repair is available. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. (See permits in appendix). There have not been any failures noted in the permits <br /> researched. <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1999 to 2002.
