Anderson& Associates soil suitability study dated March 24, 1997, <br /> and has found it acceptable for all the lots. <br /> The installation of the septic systems must be under an application permit, inspection, and <br /> approved by this Department. The permit fee is $180.00. The installation of the water <br /> wells and pumps must be under an application permit, inspection, and approved by this <br /> Department. Wells are to have a minimum 100 feet grout seal and to be installed <br /> according to San Joaquin County Standards. The permit fee is $230.00. <br /> The water in the general vicinity has been found to be bacteriologically potable; however, <br /> chemical quality has not been ascertained. There are no State or legal regulations that <br /> apply public drinking water standards to private wells. <br /> The compliance of these 4.00+ acre parcels as it relates to San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110, has been completed and accepted to allow septic, <br /> well, and pump permits to be issued. <br /> Should you have any questions, please call Greg Oliveira, Senior R.E.H.S., at (209) 468- <br /> 0341. <br /> Ernest M.
