Thus, <br /> a waiver is appropriate in this case. <br /> The second standard (Section III.C. 2.d(2) (c) ) <br /> limits commercial shoreline developments to a <br /> maximum extension along the shoreline of 350 <br /> feet. This standard may also be waived if a <br /> determination is made that the additional frontage <br /> is necessary for a commercially feasible facility. <br /> -C2- <br />
