CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> 'a <br /> PA-0900062 <br /> McGuinness <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0900062 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on May 27, 2009,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> i <br /> This approval will.':expire on November 26, 2010, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Eva Page, 209-953-7854) <br /> a. APPROVAL:: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated April 1, 2009. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance .of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. The Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been deemed <br /> complete. Filing Fees are required for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> 2.
