Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> (l'L septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading <br /> study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> /nom Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> izr <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the <br /> I6� sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that <br /> the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used <br /> r)�Y as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, <br /> and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the <br /> 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> C.
