Newton Road, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On November 21, 2007, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> PA-0700438 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$428.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on December 1, 2007.
