(2) For phase 1 of this project a minimum of 37 parking spaces shall be provided, including 2 accessible spaces, one of which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (Development Title Section 9- 1015.9) (3) For phase 2 of this project a minimum of four (4) parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 accessible space, which shall be van accessible.
