Dedication to result in a forty-two(42)-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Newton Road to the <br /> property line required across the frontage of APN: 132-060-02. Dedication shall be made by a separate <br /> instrument. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $859.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Manufacturing generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00433) <br /> 5. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee currently is $830.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated <br /> Manufacturing. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$260.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Manufacturing. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year <br /> through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91- <br /> 327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 8. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of <br /> verification. <br /> 9. Applicant shall provide a written statement to the Department of Public Works stating that Surface <br /> Transportation Assistance Act(STAA)type trucks will not be used as a part of the proposed operation. <br /> 10. Any new structures and/or substantial improvements shall be raised on (1)-foot above the 100-year flood <br /> elevation of 27' NGVD. <br /> 11. The proposed project is classified as a Priority Project in the County Phase I National Pollutant discharge <br /> Elimination Permit and must comply with the County Water Quality control Criteria Plan by filtering, treating <br /> or infiltrating the 851h percentile storm. <br /> 12. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than 1 acre but are <br /> part of a larger common plan of development that in total disturbs 1 or more acres, are required to obtain <br /> coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water associated with construction Activity <br /> (Construction General Permit 99-08-DWO). Construction activity subject to this permit includes clearing, <br /> grading and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling, or excavation, but does not include regular <br /> maintenance activities performed to restore the original line, grade, or capacity of the facility. <br /> 13. Construction sites that result in soil disturbance of one acre or greater will require the preparation and <br /> implementation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) meeting the requirements of the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Order No. 99-08-DWQ, Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) <br /> for Discharges of Stormwater Runoff Associated with Construction Activity (General Permit). <br />
