An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. All The driveway annroaches appreaeh shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. Driveways shall be designed <br /> to accommodate tuminQ movements. The main driveway shall be designed for two-way traffic <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. Dedication to result in a forty-two(42)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Newton Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of the property. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The frontage improvement for Newton Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way Rural Arterial street. The construction of the frontage improvements <br /> will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit <br /> equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A$325.00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> registered civil engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will Prepare the drawing and <br /> estimate for an additional fee of$140.00.)
