PA-0400381 OF KENNETH GILLIES C/O GILLIES TRUCKING). The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application for the storage of up to fifty (50) truck trailers. The parcel to the north (132-070-07) is an existing trucking operation (BL-80). Currently, there is an administrative dispatch office located on the project parcel (SA-03-136). The proposed trailers will be used for storage and hauling of building materials. The applicant states that the trailer storage will not increase the daily trip loads because the trailers will be used for storage and rarely rotated into the fleet. The total acreage of the project is 1.66 acres. The project site is located on the west side of Newton Rd., 1800 feet south of Wilson Way, east of Stockton. The General Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial) and the zoning is I-L (Limited Industrial). The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval application and offers the following conditions: Site Approval Application No. PA-0400381 was approved by the Community Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may apply.
