PA-0400381 OF KENNETH GILLIES <br /> C/O GILLIES TRUCKING). <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval application for the storage <br /> of up to fifty (50) truck trailers. The parcel to the north (132-070-07) is an existing trucking <br /> operation (BL-80). Currently, there is an administrative dispatch office located on the <br /> project parcel (SA-03-136). The proposed trailers will be used for storage and hauling of <br /> building materials. The applicant states that the trailer storage will not increase the daily <br /> trip loads because the trailers will be used for storage and rarely rotated into the fleet. The <br /> total acreage of the project is 1.66 acres. The project site is located on the west side of <br /> Newton Rd., 1800 feet south of Wilson Way, east of Stockton. <br /> The General Plan designation is I/L (Limited Industrial) and the zoning is I-L (Limited <br /> Industrial). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval <br /> application and offers the following conditions: <br /> Site Approval Application No. PA-0400381 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will <br /> expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
