Dedication to result in a forty-two(42)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Newton Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of 132-070-06. Dedication shall be made by a separate <br /> instrument. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The frontage improvement for Newton Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of(an)eighty four(84)-foot right-of-way Rural Arterial Street,prior to finalization of Site <br /> Approval. <br /> 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$1013 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as warehouse in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (A crcditmay <br /> X990.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 6. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is$750.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building. <br /> The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 7. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$249.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as warehouse. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 8.
