CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-94-33 <br /> Michael Coyner <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be fulfilled prior to the establishment of <br /> the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire within 18 months of the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Richard Larrouy, 468-3142) <br /> a. This approval shall be for the relocation of the existing off-premises sign on APN 092-200- <br /> 01 and its installation at the location shown on the approved Site Plan (dated July 13, <br /> 1994). <br /> b. The location and details of the approved off-premises sign shall be consistent with <br /> Section 9-1710.4(f) of the Development Title. <br /> C. A building permit application shall be required for installation of the approved sign. The <br /> approved use shall comply with any applicable provisions of the Flood Hazards Chapter <br /> (Section 9-1605) of the Development Title. The building permit application shall be <br /> reviewed and approved by the California Department of Transportation prior to submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division. <br /> * k * <br /> NOTE: On September 7, 1994, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> SA-94-33 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br />
