Greene, PE
Subj: Wash Down Facility for Bear High Reach
Plan Review
Per your request, I have reviewed the following documents for the subject facility at
4020 Newton Road in Stockton, California: Drawing A-4 as prepared by Architect G. A.
Rodriguez, Manual for CSF-1 and CSF-2 Waste Water Treatment Systems, and an
Alkota Cleaning Systems brochure.
I understand that the proposed facility will be utilized for washing down equipment that
Bear High Reach rents to the construction industry. The equipment includes, but may
not be limited to, scissors lifts, high-reach lifts and JLG boom equipment.
I am informed that the facility and its components have been designed to accommodate
the washing of an average of five (5) pieces of equipment each day.
The documents submitted to me for review appear to represent plans for a typical
equipment wash down facility. The scope of my review excludes matters pertaining to
the Uniform Building Code or other laws and ordinances that may bear on this matter.
Q'OMSIONR
hOrP`FN GRF Fyc/
No. 19,655 A
CIV1- Q
T9jE OF CN\\EO
XP"?r-aJ 93%S
