The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $863.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Warehouse/or$178.84 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July <br /> I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing <br /> development on this site was in operation on or after April 23, 1990.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is <br /> $184.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Warehouse. The fee shall <br /> be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development <br /> on this site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. The new structures shall be elevated to one foot above the FEMA designated 100 year <br /> flood hazard elevation of 29'NGVD. <br /> 7.
