The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 29 feet NGVD. <br /> Newton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 .
