Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Applicant shall have a qualified Civil Engineer or a qualified environmental professional <br /> conduct a Soil Suitability Study indicating that the existing septic tank system is of adequate <br /> size and normal life expectancy(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). This study shall be submitted to Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> issuance of building permits and/or final occupancy approval with a review fee of$178.00 at <br /> time of submittal. <br /> i <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> I B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> y being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven <br /> a over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)).
