We <br /> ,understand that up to 20 employees will occupy the facility Monday thru'Friday during normal <br /> business hours. The site is composed of a large shop building and a shed.. The shop building <br /> i contains two bathrooms. The effluent generated from each restroom is disposed on a separate <br /> septic system. A total of two septic systems exist on the property.. A domestic water.well <br /> provides drinking water to the facility. <br /> III. PRESENT.-AND PAST USE OF THE.SITE <br /> An interview was conducted with Danny Rackley to determine the history of the site' <br /> Mr. Rackley indicated he has owned-the property since May, 2002. Mr. Rackley indicated the <br /> - property was initially developed about 1972 for use with a lumber,busihess. From about 1980 to. <br /> 1992, the site-was used for,plastic pipe manufacturing. From about 1992 to 2002, a construction <br /> _'. parts company occupied the site. Presently, the Heavy Haul Truck business is in the process of <br /> moving to the site. <br /> ' IV. SURROUNDING USAGE <br /> The property is.bounded by Newton Road to the east, small industrial parcels to the north <br /> and south and Highway 99 to the east. 'The area is basically commercial and light industrial <br /> - property. Some walnut orchards exist to the northwest of the site across Wilson Way.. . <br /> An interview was conducted with available persons who have knowledge of septic system <br /> performance.and water wells in the area.
