A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to prior to recordation of deed or record of survey as required <br /> by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of$ 435.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division has experienced septic system <br /> failures in the general area and because of hardpan soils, engineered septic systems may <br /> be required. <br /> e <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
