GROUND WATER <br /> The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District ground-water <br /> depth and elevation maps indicate the ground water levels most parts of the San Joaquin County.' <br /> The most recent ground-water maps for Fall 1998 and Spring 1999 indicate the ground-water <br /> depths ranges between 65 to 73 feet. The ground-water flow direction and gradient near the site <br /> were interpreted from the map to be flowing eastward ranging between 11 to 14 feet per mile <br /> (Plates 2 thru 5).
