CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1300064 <br /> MASON/SEIBEL <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1300064 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on May 29, 2013, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> November 28, 2014, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated April 25,2013. Parcel 1 to contain 35.5 acres and Parcel 2 to contain 52.0 acres. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Ad, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
