Nichols Rd <br /> The ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> *b. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 16���Y 1 . Add 40 feet of leach line and a 33 inch seepage pit to <br /> the existing sewage disposal system for the main dwelling <br /> on parcel #1. <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> dio,33,� excavation for the toilets near the fish pond on parcel #1 <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> d. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) on parcel #1 <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> {� Division. <br /> O e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: Seal domestic well <br /> at base of pump and disconnect existing cross connection from <br /> the irrigation well to the stand pipe.
