Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 1) Add 40-feet of leach line and a 33-inch seepage pit or <br /> excavation for the toilets near the fish pond on Parcel <br /> #1 under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> c. Open, pump and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or ,- <br /> excavation for the toilets near the fish pond on Parcel #1 ° <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> d. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well on Parcel #1 under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows : Seal domestic well <br /> at base of pump and disconnect existing cross connection fromq�yl,2. <br /> the irrigation well to the stand pipe. The outlet pipe from <br /> the well must be plumbed over the top of the stand pipe with <br /> an air gap that is twice the diameter of the pipe. <br /> f. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> g. If hazardous waste is stored on site the applicant must obtain <br /> a EPA identification number and comply with all applicable <br /> regulation regarding the storage and removal of the hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> h. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer. Applicant must <br /> file an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the California Valley Region. The application forms can be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division. If the above <br /> ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would have <br /> to analyze the contents for any hazardous material . You can <br /> obtain specific test requirements from the Environmental <br /> Health Division_ <br />
