1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1 1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one legal parcel. The subject Assessor's Parcel <br /> Number is 103-290-028. The project is in an agricultural and rural residential area. The parcel is <br /> ' zoned Rural Residential. <br /> 1.2 Description of Proposed Development: It is proposed to create three parcels from one existing <br /> parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title,this Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report(SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the <br /> property for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews <br /> ' with the owner, and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map and APN page). <br /> ' 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> ' 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br /> ' 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present,and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of <br /> the historic use of this property is testimony from the owner, Marco Pacheco. Mr. Pacheco was <br /> interviewed in January, 2018. The owner has owned the parcel since 2016. Prior to Mr. Pacheco's <br /> tenure,the land was bare ground for over 25 years. <br /> Presently the property has a single family residence(under construction). The surrounding area is <br /> rural residential. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> ' CONTAMINATION: <br /> ' 3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel where records researched at the <br /> San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office in February,2018 (see appendix for results). An <br /> onsite survey was performed in February,2018 by the survey crew of Dillon&Murphy. The San <br /> ' Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank mitigation database list <br /> did not yield any concerns. <br /> 3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources of <br /> contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potentials for contaminations are low. The <br /> property has been in a rural residential and agricultural neighborhood for more than 50 years. <br /> ' Historically,there have been no chemicals stored on the subject parcel. <br /> ' 1 <br />
