Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> VA. The Environmental Health Department has reg <br /> ie�ted the Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report dated July 1, 2003, and deemed it incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map <br /> approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> >/B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A revie«' fee of$186.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that metas absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The Soil Suitability study dated July 24, 2003, has been received by the Environmental <br /> Health Department; however, the stud),has not yet been reviewed <br /> v1C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin Count ,DevQelo ment Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> Page 1 of 2 _a <br />
