An addendum to <br /> the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report addressing the items found <br /> insufficient must be submitted to the EHD prior to the recordation of the parcel <br /> map. Please be advised that any additional time required to review the addendum will be <br /> • billed at a rate of$93.00 per hour. <br /> In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this <br /> project, please submit to the EHD those items noted above.
