Norman Ave., Stockton <br /> Land Use Application# PA-03-389 (MS), Service Request#SR0035144 <br /> Report Dated July 1, 2003 <br /> Dear Mr. Huggins: <br /> Pursuant to your letter dated November 7, 2003, we have prepared this addendum to the above- <br /> referenced Surface Subsurface Contamination Report. Sections referenced relate to the Surface <br /> Subsurface Contamination Report Checklist, dated July 14, 2003: <br /> • Section 1.4: We have attached a site map showing all required items for your review. <br /> • Section 2.1: I conducted an interview with Kerry Griffith, the former owner of the subject <br /> property, this afternoon at two o'clock. Mr. Griffith stated that he owned the property for <br /> ten years,from 1993 to 2003,and that the only structure on the property during that time was <br /> his family residence. He stated that he grew hay on the rear(northern)portion of the parcel, <br /> and that he had a well in the rear half of the parcel abandoned during his residence. Mr. <br /> Griffith reported no other problems or noteworthy incidents related to the property. <br /> • Section 3.1: Please note that it is standard practice at our company when reviewing database <br /> information to obtain a street map showing the location of the subject property,draw a circle <br /> one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, and use the street map or a web-based <br /> mapping service to determine address ranges for all streets within the quarter mile.
