A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required and a review fee of$ 435.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Destroy the abandoned well(s) on Parcel #8 under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required prior to recordation of deed or record of <br /> survey.(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> C. The well on Parcel #10 must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9=1115.4(e))as follows: <br /> Install sanitary seal prior to recordation of deed or record of survey <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
